How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE to the United States, Canada and Europe. Additional shipping options available at checkout at an additional cost.

How long does delivery take?

All items are printed and wrapped by hand. Production time takes 2 to 5 business days. Items are shipped via FedEx or USPS and are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Framed prints may take an additional 2-5 days for production time due to recent supply chain issues.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, when your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information to track the status of your shipment.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged we will send you a replacement at no extra charge! Please send an email to support@popcanvas.co and include: 1) a picture of the delivered item showing the damaged area and 2) a picture of the packaging showing any damage to the package so that we can determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or production. Please DO NOT return or refuse delivery of the damaged items.

We can only provide replacements in the event that your order arrives damaged. We cannot provide refunds in these situations.

What is your return policy?

We believe in customer satisfaction. If you find any issues with your order please contact us immediately, we will fix it for you!

Returns Procedure: Please send an email to support@popcanvas.co (or reply to your order confirmation email) indicating your order number and the item you would like to return. Our customer support team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to arrange for return of the item.

Returns Window: 30 days from the delivery date of your order.


All returns must be returned to our US returns facility. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that show damage due to use will not be accepted. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

What is the canvas material that you use?

We use specially manufactured cotton blend canvas for archival printing.
