We can only provide replacements in the event that your order arrives damaged. We cannot provide refunds in these situations.

Returns Procedure: Please send an email to email@example.com (or reply to your order confirmation email) indicating your order number and the item you would like to return. Our customer support team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to arrange for return of the item.
Returns Window: 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
All returns must be returned to our US returns facility. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that show damage due to use will not be accepted. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
