What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged we will send you a replacement at no extra charge! Please send an email to email@example.com and include: 1) a picture of the delivered item showing the damaged area and 2) a picture of the packaging label so that we can determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or production. Please DO NOT return or refuse delivery of the damaged items.
